Postcard: Pena Castle Garden – Yellow in a Sea of Green

Pena Castle garden in Sintra Portugal

Simple beauty in a Pena Castle garden

The gardens at Pena Castle were beautiful – as was the castle – but what was especially striking was this single yellow flower sitting in a sea of green. Located in Sintra, it is a short, 30-minute train ride from Lisbon and is a must-see when in Portugal.

If you’re a photo lover, we’d like to invite you to see our gallery of photos from Sintra. The city (town?) is absolutely beautiful.
